Merged Competition Exhaust Header System 1 5/8"

This is the exhaust system for the serious racer. A true merged exhaust.

Four 1 5/8” large diameter mandrel bent tubes are cut and fitted into a long merged collector.

Header features thick H.D. Flanges with ground flat gasket surfaces. All internal welds are ground for true high flow performance.

Includes an EMPI swivel flange racing stinger.

Flange thickness: 8.5mm

EMPI headers and mufflers are coated with a layer of paint which acts as a rust inhibitor, and may burn off          

once they get hot.

 It is best to clean off the coating with a good solvent then paint system with quality hi-temp paint.

 Exhaust Header systems are not warranted against rust.
