At IPC Import Parts Connection, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy for important details.

Key Return Guidelines

  • No refunds or exchanges on electrical parts or special orders.
  • All sales are final after 90 days.
  • Returns will not be accepted without a receipt.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.
  • No returns are allowed on books, tools, or used parts.
  • No warranty is provided for carburetors.

How to Process a Return

To process a return, please choose one of the following options:

  • Visit us in person at our store:

  • Call us at 310-644-7142 to initiate the return process.
  • Email us at ipc@ipconlinestore.com for assistance.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Additional Terms

  • As per California State Law AB-2153, a $2 non-refundable fee will be applied to all battery purchases.
  • Orders that are not picked up within 90 days will be considered forfeited.
