JayCee Billet Alternator Stand – CNC-Machined T6061
The JayCee billet alternator stand is the ultimate finishing touch for a high-performance or show-quality engine bay. Unlike factory cast stands that can be porous or prone to hairline cracks, these units are precision-carved from solid T6061 aluminum. The result is a rock-solid mounting platform that reduces vibration and enhances the overall look of your Type 1 engine.
Beyond its looks, this stand is engineered for the modern engine builder. The integrated 1/4-18NPT breather port allows for easy plumbing into an external breather box system, while the stainless steel hardware ensures you won't have to deal with rusty bolts down the road. Whether you are building a "Cal-Look" street car or a dedicated drag racer, this stand provides the durability and style JayCee is known for.

Gasket Surface: Always use a new alternator stand gasket.
-
Torque Specs: Tighten the stainless steel mounting bolts evenly to ensure a flat seal against the case. Over-tightening can strip the threads in the magnesium or aluminum engine case.
