Bosch QuietCast Premium Front Brake Pad Set – BP1375
Upgrade your vehicle's stopping power with the Bosch QuietCast Premium Brake Pad Set. Engineered for modern Volkswagen and Audi drivers, these front disc brake pads are part of Bosch's elite QuietCast line. They are designed to deliver a near-silent braking experience while maintaining the high-performance standards required for heavy European sedans and SUVs.
These pads feature a specialized Semi-Metallic friction formula that offers excellent heat dissipation and a firm, consistent pedal feel even under heavy load. Each pad comes equipped with an OE-style multilayer rubber core shim, which is heat and pressure-bonded to the backing plate to ensure the shim stays in place for the life of the pad, virtually eliminating the "brake squeal" common in lower-quality alternatives.

Installation & Maintenance Tips
-
Clean the Hub: Before installing the new pads, use a wire brush to clean the caliper carrier where the hardware clips sit. Any buildup of rust or brake dust can cause the pads to "stick," leading to uneven wear or dragging.
-
Lubrication: Use the provided synthetic brake lubricant on the sliding contact points (where the pad "ears" touch the clips). Avoid getting any grease on the friction material or the rotor face.
-
Reset the Sensor: Ensure the electronic wear sensor is clicked firmly into the vehicle's harness. If your brake warning light was on before the change, it should reset once the new sensor is detected.
-
Bedding-In: To prolong pad life, perform a series of 5 to 10 moderate stops from 35 mph down to 5 mph. This "beds" the pads to the rotors and ensures maximum stopping efficiency from day one.
