The 111-837-361 is the "silent partner" in a smooth-operating window system. If your windows are difficult to roll up or if you hear a metallic "clunk" inside the door, it is often because these clips have failed, allowing the felt guide to move out of alignment. These clips are designed to be hidden behind the felt, providing a clean factory look while ensuring the glass stays on its intended path.

These are sold individually, but most doors require between 5 to 7 clips per window to properly support the felt channel around the curves and straightaways of the door frame.
