AutoStick Oil Pump Gasket – 113-115-207
The 113-115-207 is a critical sealing component for the unique oiling requirements of the VW Automatic Stickshift system. Because the AutoStick pump performs twice the work of a standard pump, maintaining internal pressure is vital. A failure of this gasket can lead to engine oil mixing with your Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF), which can damage both the engine bearings and the torque converter control system.
These gaskets are made from high-density, oil-resistant material designed to withstand the varying pressures of the dual-stage pump. When rebuilding an AutoStick pump, it is highly recommended to replace all internal gaskets to prevent a future "tear-down" of the assembly.

Installation & Maintenance Tips
-
The "Two-Part" Rule: Remember that these pumps are "stacked." You generally need one gasket between the engine oil side and the divider plate, and a second gasket between the divider plate and the ATF side.
-
Fluid Check: After installing the pump and gaskets, monitor both your engine oil dipstick and your ATF reservoir. If the level of one rises while the other falls, it is a sign that the internal pump seals or gaskets have been compromised.
