VW Stock-Style Left Exterior Mirror – PN 113857513D

This reproduction driver-side exterior mirror is designed to match the stock look and fit of classic Volkswagen models. It’s compatible with 1968–1977 Beetles and Super Beetles, and can also be mounted on the left side of 1962–1973 Type 3 vehicles (though it’s not a perfect factory match on Type 3s).

Important installation notes:

• Do not overtighten the mounting nut — the mirror’s mounting design uses a fragile nut that can crack under excessive torque. 

• If the mirror’s spring shifts out of alignment during mounting, loosen the nut and re-center it to ensure the mirror seats properly. 

Chrome & Care Tips:
Because this mirror has a chrome finish, it’s sensitive to corrosion over time. IPC recommends periodically applying wax or a detailing spray to protect the chrome surface.
