This is an OEM-style 3-wire turn signal switch built for early VW models. It serves as a direct replacement for the original switch used in 1962–65 Beetles and 1961–65 Karmann Ghias.

Wiring & Connector Notes

• Yellow wire → to the “49a” or “L” terminal on the flasher relay

• Black wire → power to left turn signals

• White wire with green stripe → power to right turn signals

• The extra wires are intended for advanced configurations (e.g. combined brake/turn circuits) and can be trimmed or insulated if unused
